ILVE appliances are designed and manufactured to give you many years of cooking pleasure. In the event that you have any questions or issues with your appliance please use this page to contact us and we will reply to your query as soon as possible. Some queries might take a little longer but we aim to get back to you before the end of the next business day.

Select the appropriate warranty status of your ILVE product above to begin the servicing process or if you are unsure of your warranty status please contact us by phone with your product serial number on hand and we can deliver in-home service through a network of authorised service agents. All warranty service must be approved and arranged by Eurolinx.

Before you report an issue please not that:
1. All warranty service to be authorised by Eurolinx and Eurolinx must engage the service agent.
2. Proof of purchase must be provided on request.
3. Some items subject to normal wear and tear are not covered by warranty (e.g. globes). For more details see our warranty policy.
4. Travel costs incurred for service outside normal coverage areas are not covered under warranty and will be chargeable to the customer.
