Spiced Apple Cake

Ingredients:
- 125g butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1.5 cups self raising flour
- 3 granny smith apples grated
- ½ cup milk
- Pinch salt
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Cream together butter and sugar then add one egg at a time
Add flour and grated apple and mix together then add milk and salt stir.
Turn out mixture into a greased cake tin.
Sprinkle some more sugar on top of the cake
Bake for about 45 minutes until a skewer inserted into the middle of the cake comes out clean.
